Who We Are
The Company’s owners, Judith Ricci and Thomas Ricci have twenty-six years of experience each in all phases of construction in the South Florida area. Both are very responsible and highly qualified in all areas of commercial construction.
Thomas Ricci currently holds State Certification as a General Contractor; Roofing Contractor, Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, Mold Remediator, a Building Inspector; a Plans Examiner and a Building Code Administrater. Thomas is certified through the EPA as a Lead Inspector, Risk Inspector and Certified Renovator. Thomas is most knowledgeable with South Florida Building Codes, and is a ADA Consultant and Construction Defects Consultant. Judith and Thomas have conducted ADA Workshops monthly for Continuing Education for the State of Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board . Thomas Ricci is the instructor. B. T. Builders has several continuing education courses approved by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and the Building Officials & Inspectors Board. Currently Classes are being scheduled.
