The Americans with Disabilities Act with State of Florida Amendments, relating to Parking, Accessible Routes and many of the individual elements which make up the law and how the ADA is a compilation of many other laws that are presently in effect today such as the Fair Housing Act, UFAS, ANSI Standards, Dept of Defense Standards, Life Safety 101 .

Learn how these guidelines and laws affect the contractor, designer, building official, building inspector, and owner. We will review tips on how to implement these regulations correctly in the beginning stages of construction, with the proper implementation of curb ramps, curb cuts, slopes, cross slopes, and handrails which will help provide safety for the millions of people with disabilities in welling units defined under the Americans
with Disabilities Act.

This ADA course is recommended for ADA compliance officers such as: building officials, building inspectors, plans examiners, architects, contractors, owners, managers and supervisors of businesses of all sizes, city, county and state administrators, loan officers, real estate brokers and agents; resource managers, advocates and directors of community and disability groups, health organizations representatives, and anyone else dealing with human rights.

ACCEPTANCE OF REGISTRATION will be on a first return, first accepted basis. Limited Classes. Registrants must bring photo I.D. and a copy of License to Classes. All courses are subject to date changes and cancellation due to the minimum or maximum enrollment requirements.
