The 1440 Limited Partnership North Bay Village
Project – 4 Story, 164,000 SF Office Building. I supervised and coordinated all phases of construction involved in building this project – $14.5 Million.
Superintendent 1/77 – 1/79
The Gate Limited Partnership Tamarac, Florida
Project consisted of five 5-story buildings totaling 360 condominium units along with ten hard true tennis courts and the Gate Restaurant (now Christine Lee’s Gaslight Restaurant). This was a 3 million dollar restaurant and achieved builder’s recognition in Architectural Digest. This was a $18 million dollar project.
Superintendent 1/75 – 1/77
Coco Point Homes Margate, Florida
Project consisted of 154 semi-custom single family homes. My responsibilities consisted of estimating, coordination of subcontractors, ordering materials and handling inspections. This project was under my direct control. A $23.7 million dollar project.
Foreman and General Superintendent 1/73 – 1/75
Mohawk Construction Sunrise, Florida
This company was a concrete shell contractor for builders such as: Lennar Homes; Hovananian; Babcock Homes and Springtree Builders. I was in charge of supervision of 400 -600 men constructing heavy commerical and residential projects.

N.J. Henry Construction Davie, Florida
This company was a concrete shell subcontractor. I was in charge of crews ranging 25-75 men. Projects completed were: Arrowhead Townhouses – 364 units; Valencia Village – 254 unit 2-story apartments; Don Carter Bowling Lanes-Tamarac & Oakbrook Condos in Tamarac.
